I’m Lillian, an aspiring digital photographer and editor from the Bay Area. Growing up as a Vietnamese American, I encountered various stereotypes and restrictions of what was expected of me, which inspired much of my work. These restrictions and stereotypes that tied me down from who I wanted to be only fueled me to push out my passion for imagination.
To bring my visions to life, I rely on diverse digital tools such as Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Blender. I can incorporate vitality and meaning into my body of work with these mediums.
In my creative journey, 3D editing holds a special place, allowing me to transform 2D elements and incorporate various dimensions into one image. Drawing from the imagery captured in my photography, I strive to base my editing on the imagination of my own experiences. Each project I take on aims to ignite wonder and curiosity in my audience, encouraging them to interpret my digital pieces through their unique experiences and perspectives.
