There is often a loss in artistic ancestral tradition subsequent to immigration. As generations follow, a diminution of culture occurs from the suggested assimilation to our surroundings. We become disconnected from the intricate and detailed creations of our heritage representing facets of deep-rooted historical, philosophical, and cultural significance. Thus, the only form of preservation for antiques evolves into a reduction of its aesthetics.
